Single room A app 12 kvm: from NOK 5100 per month; deposit: NOK 10200

Single room B app 12 kvm: from NOK 5350 per month; deposit: NOK 10700

Single room C app 15 kvm: from NOK 5650 pr month; deposit; NOK 11300

Dormitory Apartment D app 23 kvm: from NOK 8100 per month; deposit: NOK 16200

Separate Apartments E app 30-40 kvm : from NOK  8950 per month; deposit: NOK 17900

Other Fees

When moving in, an ADM fee of NOK 300 and  a one-time fee of NOK 700 for cleaning carried out by the Dorm when moving out. The room should kepte normaly clean. EXTRAEl-fee for high prices of electricity in the winter months max NOK 300 PR MONTH.

The room cleaning fee and ADM fee will again become activated if you change rooms internally in the Dorm.

The ADM fee will again become due upon annual renewal of the contract.
